Notice on 2026 Chinese New Year Holiday Arrangement

As the Lunar New Year approaches, Anhui Hope Child Product Co., Ltd.("Hope") extends our warmest festive greetings and best wishes to all of you who have long trusted and supported us. We wish you a prosperous Year of the Horse, a happy family, and all the best!

In accordance with the "Notice on the 2026 Partial Holidays Arrangement" issued by the General Office of the State Council, and combined with our actual business operations, we hereby inform you of our 2026 Chinese New Year holiday arrangements:

1.  Holiday Period: From February 13, 2026 (25th day of the 12th lunar month) to February 23, 2026 (7th day of the 1st lunar month), totaling 12 days.

2.  Resumption of Work: On February 24, 2026 (8th day of the 1st lunar month), we will officially resume normal office, production, and business operations.

3.  Holiday Arrangements:

• Order & Shipment: During the holiday, order placement, product shipment, and logistics delivery will be suspended. To avoid any impact on your business and usage needs, we recommend that all partners and consumers make advance arrangements for inventory and order planning, and prioritize processing pre-holiday orders. Any orders placed during the holiday will be produced and shipped sequentially in the order of placement after we resume work.
• Consultation & After-sales: During the holiday, our official website, after-sales customer service, and business will be temporarily suspended. All questions, messages, and inquiries received during this period will be sorted out and replied to one by one immediately after we resume work to fully protect your rights and interests.
• Emergency Contact: For urgent matters, please contact our emergency hotline at 0551-63818767 (on-duty staff will do their utmost to coordinate and handle them).

During the holiday, we will strictly implement on-duty arrangements to ensure the safe and stable operation of the enterprise. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your understanding, tolerance, and support!
