The team worked to deepen market understanding and strengthen customer relationships with dynamic economies, including Vietnam, Thailand, Poland, Turkey, etc.

Market Assessment: In-depth visits to major business centers in Southeast Asia, Eurasia, etc. The team gained key insights into local infrastructure, regulatory environment, distribution network and competitive landscape, and found that there is great potential in industries such as baby products and pet products.
Strategic Customer Interaction: Important face-to-face meetings were held with existing key customers and potential new customers.
